twitter fights don't always have to be flame fests.

Smart Mobs has an interesting post up about a twitter fight. Something fans of the Austrian twitterati should be more than familiar with.

This one is focused on the use of drone strikes to take out terrorists. Or rather millitants. Millitants (in case you are wondering) are all millitary age males in a strike zone. One of the reasons you no longer hear about civilian casualities anymore. Not even here...

Due to the truncated nature of twitter communication, it is pretty easy for discussions to go bad quite quickly. They don't have to, though, and the twitter discussion that prompted this blog posts is a good example of the way things could be.

That post also provides some excellent examples of the use of storify.com, lots of heavy info links and a few pointers to articles and comments that provide some perfect negative examples.
