Ok, I'll be straight with you. I'm not posting this instructional because I think anyone would ever even think of doing it themselves. Making full scale wearable models of science fiction gaming figures just isn't the kind of thing I can imagine any of you would be willing to invest a massive portion of time in.
This guide is just a good read. The photos of the final costume are amazing, and following the build process is pretty entertaining. It also features a few chuckle inducing videos, as well as some links to tools that might actually be of use for people considering some less ambitious projects.
