Today's Webtip: Mario!

"The Great Mission to Save Princess Peach!" provides some rare insight into the man behind the myth.

The older I get, the more I enjoy my video games. Actually, the older I get the more I enjoy old video games.

Some more than others. The various Super Mario games probably top that list.

As much as I like playing them, I've never been enough of a fan to explore much beyond the console. The film featuring Dennis Hopper got my attention because, well, Dennis Hopper (not even his son thought it was worthwhile) but I can't even remember if I actually watched it all the way to the end.

But today I found something that piqued my interest. An ancient animated feature called "The Great Mission to Save Princess Peach!". It was never released outside of Japan, never released on DVD, and is only available on a hard to find VHS edition.
