It's missing something. Not that there aren't people out there doing their bests to create 3D worlds that haven't been rendered. One has taken his desire to create unseen places so far that it's almost a shame his models only exist to be turned into photos.
Frank Kunert makes amazingly detailed models of things. He creates places that you have seen before, with details that you haven't. Incredibly complex processes in order to create a visual joke.
It's epic.
