anyone remember Punk? No not the hyper-commercialized supergroup stuff financed by amp makers and shoe companies, the OTHER punk. The one that scared your gran and terrorized the media.
To be fair, if you can remember that punk you are probably dangersously close to the word berufsjugendliche. That's ok though. I can sympathize. For those of you who missed it, or just skated in on the edge of Hardcore, or maybe just only vaguely remember having been there, Der Spiegel has posted a super article that just needs to be read.

It's nice to know that some concerned individuals tried desperately to correct one of the worst translation mistakes in popular culture, just s it was getting started. They failed, but its funny nonetheless...
