a literal process of cut and paste.

Loops. They really were loops once long long ago. Now they're just repeating strings of bits and bytes.

Cut and paste is the same. Yes, Victoria, there really were scissors involved. And lots of sticky stuff.

Going digital relegated those phrases to loose representations of mathematical processes meant to resemble an analog equivalent. And now the circle closes, as digital tools are used to guide tools meant to actually copy and paste.

The result? Laser cut albums. Physical mashups. Hard coded loops.

Nifty tools, ancient audio and someone who wasn't afraid to waste some time...
