President Obama yesterday revealed his plans for tackling one of America's most pressing problems: unemployment. According to some experts, the president's American Jobs Act would cost the governemnt over 400 billion dollars but the White House insists the money is available and is urging the american Congress to pass the bill. However, the president's Republican opponents are already calling the speech pure electioneering. How much truth is there in that accusation? Our Washington correspondent Priscilla Huff:
