It had to happen. It was really just a matter of time before someone said to themselves (or a few friends) "Hey, wouldn't it be cool to be able to scratch in a web-browser?"
I don't know if that's the exact question behind wheelsofsteel.net, but it sounds plausible to me. Whatever the reason for the project might be, it's done and ready to run in your browser of choice.
