Today's Webtip: It's all Rock n Roll to me
I know a few of you still get your music news through the dead tree network. That's okay. Print journalists need your love too.
But for those who like to stay ahead of the curve, or who want to find music that might not make it's way into a high cost media, blogs are better.
Local, obscure, undiscovered, ancient and just plain painful music is much more likely to find it's way online than on paper. BUt where are you going to start. The sheer number of music blogs make it a bit difficult to get a foothold.
Unless you have some help. Something MetaFilter is really good at.
Right now I'm working my way througha monster music blog post featuring over 50 (waaaay over) music blogs that look really realy interesting.
Theres probably something for everyone in here somewhere.
