I don't know why, but I find reading about the way people get stuff done to be interesting. There is nothing like getting in over your head a few times to hone your instinct for finding good information on things you haven't done before.

So running across usesthis.com was a guaranteed time-waster. The site is a collection of interviews with people who do various things about the tools they use to get those things done.

That's it.

The subject of the interviews include writers, game developers, architects, and even a professional asshat. Each interview is the same and consists of the questions "Who are you / What do you do?" "What hardware are you using" "What software are you using?" and "What would your dream setup be?".
