Today's Webtip: Twirdie
Mark Twain was a lot of things, but a fan of golf wasn't one of them. One more reason to love him I guess.
He once said that Golf was a good walk, ruined. If that is the case, then Twirdie is twitter, ruined. Or something like that. Except that Twirdie is actually sort of fun, in a strange, "I'm going to crack this, dammit" kind of way.
It's supposed to be golf, played with tweets. Pick a word, type it in, and, depending on how often that word has been tweeted in the last sixty seconds, it will send your ball off toward the hole. It isn't easy.

You could, of course, use some real time twitter tools to help your game, but that would be cheating. I guess.
Not using any tools is one good way of finding out just how out of touch you might be with the rest of the planet. And that could be a reward in it's own right.
Whatever the case may be, it's one more way to kill some time without killing any grass.
