Today's Webtip: Perfect Fries
Eating can be fun. So can cooking. Trying to recreate those perfect dishes from commercial eateries though...
That can be a pain.
As someone who has spent zebras trying to find a way to make the perfect plate of hash browns, I am painfully aware that even the most seemingly simple food can be the result of a relatively complex process.
Fortunately, the world is filled with talented individuals who have a clue, and some of them even care enough to share those clues with the rest of us. Like science guy and chef who managed to reverse engineer the process to making perfect, crispy, thin cut French fries.
