The Millions is a fabulous little book site I only just discovered. I guess it took me so long because I rarely mix my online and offline reading. Something that is now about to change.
I found the site while looking for yet another "look what's coming in 2010" posts. Fortunately for us, this will be last one. And luckily for me, it happened to be something really very useful.
Most Anticipated: the great 2010 book preview has a month by month breakdown of books set for release in 2010. This is a very good thing, since I have previously had a difficult time figuring out what to read next. Well, actually, I have had a hard time trying to figure out which to me as yet unknown author to read next. I usually just rely on what friends push into my hands.
But this preview has some things in it that actually look pretty interesting. So if you, like me, have been avoiding all of the usual oldschool lit critics, but are still hungering for a taste of something yet to come, then jump on in.
And then you can get down to checking out the rest of the site. I think it's worth it.
