The very first iPhone worm has been reported in the wild in Australia. iPhone users with jailbroken phones that have SSH installed and haven't changed the default password have had their phones wallpaper changed to an image of Rick Astley.
Although there have not yet been any reports of infections outside of Australia, this might be a good time for owners of hacked iPhones to change the default passwords if they are using SSH. Owners of non-jailbroken phones, or people who haven't installed SSH have nothing to fear.
Those who HAVE hacked their phones and installed SSH really really really need to make sure that they have changed the default root password. Not changing it makes you very vulnerable, not only to worms, but to anyone that knows what to look for.
So, if you think you might be affected please follow a quick how-to on changing the root password. It's quick and easy and quite worth your time.
