You might not have known this, but Dennis Hopper can do more than just act.

Well, okay, you probably already knew that, but we will just pretend nobody knew and let ourselves view a collection of his photos from the sixties with a certain degree of awe and surprise.
The Taschen Verlag has brought a book entitled Dennis Hopper: Photographs 1961-1967. They have also provided an online preview, and although I'm not a fan of the interface, I AM a fan of the practice, and happy to get the chance to get a view of some of these pics.
It's a lovely documentary of one corner of the sixties, and there are even the odd bits of utter brilliance to be had. Fans of the actor, the decade, pop art, the movie industry, California and history will all be able to find something to make it worth their time.
I wonder if Mr. Hopper has a Flickr account...
