"Gibt es so etwas wie ein diskretes Spektakel?" fragt sich Martin Pieper in seinem Bericht über die FM4 Radio Session mit Final Fantasy. Owen Pallett ist mit seiner Solo-Performance jedenfalls nahe dran, was nicht nur an den mit Violine und Looppedal Schicht um Schicht aufgebauten Musik liegt, sondern auch am Mitwirken des Radio Symphonie Orchesters unter Dirigent Gottfried Rabl, das die filigranen Songs in neue Dimensionen hebt.
