Today's webtip: The Ottakringer Manifest

I'm a foreigner. I'm always amazed at how many of my Austrian friends tend to forget that fact, but it has a pretty massive impact on my perception of local politics. Combine that with the fact that I have quite a few Non-Austrian friends, and am a part-time Wahl-Ottakringer and it is probably not that surprising to find out that I don't have much patience for xenophobia.

It's also less surprising that I can get behind the message of the Ottakringer Manifest, one of the comics being featured at the Comics gegen Rechts site.

It seems to be pretty new, and according to the home page it is still being set up. Not just the comics and content, but the platform and goals as well. If it's the kind of thing that interests you, it might be worth checking out. Especially if you're one of those comic creator types.
