EU: Mare Nostrum 2.0?
Europe’s leaders yesterday committed themselves to providing more ships, planes, helicopters and money to help save the lives of refugees trying to cross the Mediterranean. No agreement was reached however, on what to do with the refugees once they arrive in Europe with Britain refusing to accept a share. Aid organizations describe the plan as half-hearted. Our Brussels correspondent, Sandra Gathman reports on reactions.

Happy birthday Hubble
25 years ago, on April 23 1990, the Hubble Space Telescope was launched and since then has provided scientists and laymen alike with extraordinary pictures of the universe and earth’s place in it. Steve Crilley speaks to Dr Mario Livio, Astrophysicist at the Space Telescope Science Institute.

Bangladesh: Remembering Rana Plaza
Two years ago more than 1,100 people died when a textile factory collapsed at Rana Plaza in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The international outcry was great and local authorities as well as major players in the international fashion trade promised improvements. We try to find out if those promises have been kept by speaking to Petra Brännmark, director of communications at IndustriAll Global Union in Geneva.

Taliban spring offensive
Spring is traditional seen as a time of rebirth and renewal. In war-torn parts of the world, however, it’s the time when the killing resumes or intensifies. In Afghanistan the Taliban have announced the start of their spring offensive. We speak to military analyst Shashank Joshi.

Icelandic Writers Retreat
Ahead of tomorrow’s Reality Check Special on the Icelandic Writers Retreat, Johnny Bliss talks to Norwegian author and journalist, Linn Ullman (daughter of film Director Ingmar Bergman and actress Liv Ullman) about her father, buried treasure and the art of writing.

FM4 berichtet live vom Donaufestival.

Buch: Gisela Burckhardt: "Todschick. Edle Lables, billige Mode - unmenschlich produziert."
Gisela Burkhardt geht in ihrem Buch "Todschick.

FM4 Interviews zur ÖH-Wahl: Stu Life

Moving on from Grime to D&B and also the first time on the show. We proudly present:

Rob aka Unics (Vollkontakt, Vienna)
Unics started Djing 2003 in Upper Austria., in 2007 he joined the Vollkontakt Crew and is still a part of it. Vollkontakts homebase is the Fluc in Vienna but they also make Vollkontakt on tour parties all over Austria. Unics style is hard to describe because he loves to play every style of dnb and every set is different from the one you maybe heard before, from deep halfstep to banging neurofunk over jungle to uplifting liquid vibes you can expect everything. 2014 he joined the Wicked crew and also got his first vinyl release on the new wicked vinyl 12.
