Bewaffnet mit Schneeschuhen, Fäustlingen, langen Unterhosen und Ohrenschützern wackeln wir im Finstern ins Studio. Dort stellen wir dann neue Games vor und berichten über schottische Ernährung. Wir warnen auch gerne vor unsicherem Ausgang von Schneeballschlachten. Außerdem erwarten wir unsere liebsten Beatboxer, nämlich Bauchklang. Die kommen mit ihrem heute erscheinenden Album "Akusmatik".

FM4 Gebutrstagsfest: Bauchklang
Eigentlich wollte die Wiener/St. Pöltner Acapella-Groove-Band Bauchklang ja gar keine Alben mehr veröffentlichen, und sich stattdessen auf Singles und EPs konzentrieren. Bei ihren letzten Sessions mit dem Wiener Produzenten Patrick Pulsinger ist dann aber scheinbar doch so viel gutes Material rausgekommen, dass es jetzt recht flott als fünfte LP unter dem Namen "Akusmatik" veröffentlicht wird. Stefan Trischler hat einen Tag vor dem Bauchklang-Konzert im Rahmen des FM4 Fests in der Wiener Arena mit der Band gesprochen!

Protestsongcontest Vorfinale
Heute findet das Vorfinale zum Protestsongcontest 2013 statt - im Haus der Begegnung Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus in Wien. 25 Acts, die die Vorjury überzeugt haben, treten auf, die besten davon kommen ins Finale am 12.02. im Rabenhof Theater. Michael Fiedler berichtet.

Austria Game Jam
Anfang des Jahres ist Game-Jam-Zeit, diesmal findet er von 25.-27. 1. in Neu Marx statt. Dabei treffen sich experimentierfreudige Computerspiel-Fans und machen innerhalb von nur drei Tagen ihre eigenen Games. Der Game Jam ist international ("Global Game Jam"), was bedeutet, dass in vielen Städten der Welt viele einzelne Entwicklerwettbewerbe stattfinden. Conny Lee spricht mit den Veranstaltern der Wien-Ausgabe, bei der es dieses Jahr übrigens auch Vorträge und öffentliche Besuchszeiträume gibt.

Mit Musik dazwischen von Rosalie und Wanda, Boys, Hans Unstern, Krixi Kraxi und die Kroxn, Jochen Distelmeyer, Luise Pop, Phantom & Ghost. Und so. JA! Hört es euch an, wenn ihr wollts. Ich kann nicht garantieren, dass es cool ist, aber ich habe selbst ziemlich Spaß beim machen gerade, falls das ein bisschen weiterhilft.

DJ Point
Point & Mark Eder have been working together for close to a decade. Starting out as members of the stubemusicstudio family and getting involved with the share movement, they've both been releasing records, remixes, movie scores & tons of visual output.
In 2009 they started an audio/visual platform sound.kasten, for which Point also released his highly acclaimed debut album 40:45. The album is a perfect combination of deep baselines, wonky garage beats and twisted samples, with a good portion of dub.

Tobias Oliver with a very special Old School Electro Mix
starts his dj life in the mid 90ies at the club BOURS in Ravensburg/Germany, which is next to locations like the cult club DOUALA, the DOME in Lindau or the TEMPEL in Radolfzell one of the most well-known underground clubs in the Lake Constance area.
In 1997 he moves to Vienna, one year later, together with Michael Forobosko aka STEREOMIKE,and the musician ALEX IS MY BRO, he founds the radio broadcast STEREO SL, which is the first radio broadcast for electronic music on the viennese free radio station ORANGE 94,0.
His enthusiasm for electronic music, especially his big love for old school electro and techno ofthe 80ies and the 90ies brings him to start producing his own tracks and to found his own label SUPERDISKO RECORDINGS.
