The European Union and Turkey have agreed a 3 billion Euro plan to help stem the numbers of refugees and migrants entering into Europe. As part of this, talks on Turkey's accession to the European Union will be revived. We find out more details from our Brussels correspondent.

Members of the coalition government say they have reached agreement on new state security laws.
