Surfworldcup Podersdorf 2011
Seit gestern kämpft die internationale Surfelite im burgenländischen Podersdorf beim Surfworldcup wieder um Weltcuppunkte. Gute Chancen darauf haben der Weltranglistenführende Kiri Thode, der Vorjahressieger Elton Frans und der Sieger von 2008, Jose Estredo. Doch was ist mit den Österreichern? Ob deren Surfboards den internationalen Wogen standhalten, hat Christoph Kobza vor Ort herausgefunden. Und er hat auch Tickets für die Party am Abend mit Shantel dabei.
Projekt Godiac
Im Rahmen eines internationalen Polizeiprojekts werden seit letztem Jahr politische Demonstrationen in verschiedenen Staaten Europas beobachtet. Ziel dieses Projektes mit dem Namen GODIAC (Good practice for dialogue and communication as strategic principles for policing political manifestations in Europe) ist es, ein "Best-practice-Modell" für die Polizeiarbeit bei politischen Demonstrationen zu ermitteln. In Österreich wurden heuer die Demonstrationen gegen den WKR-Ball von GODIAC beobachtet, und manche meinen, das kurzfristige Verbot der Demonstrationen sei dem Projekt geschuldet. Simon Welebil hat recherchiert, worum es im Projekt GODIAC geht und was für Konsequenzen es für Grund- und Menschenrechte mit sich bringt.
Donaufestival
Am letzten Tag vom ersten Donaufestivalwochenende werden neben Diplo und Hudson Mohawke auch Gonjasufi auftreten, der erstmals in Österreich sein Album "A Sufi And A Killer" live vorstellen wird. Philipp L´heritier hat den Musiker und Yoga Lehrer zum Interview getroffen.
Homefront
Die Geschichte des First Person Shooter "Homefront" stammt von John Milius, Autor und Regisseur zahlreicher Filme wie etwa "Apocalypse Now" oder "Red Dawn". Das Setting des Shooter mutet allerdings kurios an: Nordkorea hat die USA besetzt und in einen totalitären Staat verwandelt. Der Spieler schlüpft in die Rolle eines Widerstandskämpfers.

Eine junge Dame in Wien sammelt die Konfetti
aus Lochern und ordnet sie wie kostbare Briefmarken, und auch zu kleinen Kunstwerken. (Darüber hinaus
